My research is driven by the real-world experiences gained from my work for a decade as an ecofeminist researcher as well as my expertise gained from working and collaborating with organziations such as The Irish Environmental Network, Environmental Peacebuilding Association (EnPax), Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung, IFMEREE SA, Environmental History Now, NiCHE Canada, RTE, and more.

I deconstruct and simultaneously showcase connections between environmental degradation, gender disparities, and social inequities. The heart of my research beats for climate and planetary justice, as I demonstrate how vulnerable people and communities bear the brunt of climate change, resource extractivism, and environmental degradation.
